Lorain Schools Board President Mark Ballard has said of the partnership, "This has been a great example of what's possible when you have the right people, with the right idea at the right time all asking: 'How can we best take care of people?' Lorain is a place where we come together as family. When that's your philosophy, it becomes second nature to take care of the families of those we employ, just as we take care of the families of those we educate."

“At the end of the day, we want to help the students and families of Lorain know they are supported, and to resume a sense of normalcy,” shared Dimacchia. “This partnership will help more students get back to school and more families get back to work. That’s what is so desperately needed right now, and we’re glad to have the relationship with Lorain City Schools to make that happen.”

"Our goal as an administration has been to overwhelm our people with support," said Graham. "Not just during COVID times, but in all we do moving forward. This is just one piece of that support, and in time we hope our people will come to see this was just the beginning."
