SUPPER PROGRAM RETURNS NOVEMBER 1

SUPPER PROGRAM RETURNS NOVEMBER 1

October 26, 2022 | In the Lorain City Schools, we believe that well-fed students are ready to learn.

This is also true when the school day ends, as our Titans love being in our buildings for enrichment activities, clubs, sports, and after-school programming. That's why we are bringing back our Supper Program starting November 1, 2022.

The Supper Program runs from 3:00 to 5:30 PM Monday thru Friday in the Lorain High School Cafeteria. All students 18 and younger are invited to dine with us for a dinner meal. The dinner schedule will follow the district calendar and is not served on holidays and school closings.

The rotating menu of healthy, satisfying entrees includes breaded spicy chicken sandwiches served with sweet potato fries, pepperoni pizza and garden salad, and chicken quesadilla and Mexicali corn, to name a few. All entrees will have fruit, a vegetable, and juice. Fat-free chocolate and low-fat white milk are available daily.

The Supper Program is a partnership program with Aramark, the district's food service provider. Together, we provide FREE meals to all K-12 students, regardless of economic status.
