Lorain City Schools Fund for Enhancing Education & Fine Arts:
The LCS Endowment Fund is for enhancing education and the fine arts and represents a school and community-based effort to develop and provide a permanent source of supplemental funding for improving the quality of education. The Lorain City Schools Endowment Fund is facilitated through our partners in philanthropy at the Community Foundation of Lorain County. The funding will provide a mechanism for allocating community resources for worthwhile, non-required school programs. Awards are made through a grant application process to purchase equipment, supplies, and services unavailable within the regular school budget for projects benefiting the constituents of Lorain Schools, including our students, staff, teachers, families, and the community.
